Toasted Pecan Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
 50g (2 oz.) pecans 15 g (1 tbsp) sesame seeds 1 large orange 2 Le Grand unsweetened yogurts 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 apple, cut into eighths 2 Ataulfo mangos, cubed 1 cup blueberries or mulberries
Instructions

1. Toast the pecans and the sesame seeds separately. Set aside.
2. Peel the orange.
3. Blend the yogurts, maple syrup, orange and toasted pecans together. You can add a little bit of vegan milk or water to be able to pulse properly, but keep it to a minimum!
4. Pour this mixture into a bowl.
5. Top with apple, cubed mangos, blueberries or mulberries, and toasted sesame seeds as artistically as your heart desires…
