Roasted Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

150g (5 oz) roasted peanuts (packaged or roasted at home)
1 Le Grand creamy original yogurt
½ Le Grand cheese of your choice
80g (5 tbsp.) maple syrup
80g (5 tbsp.) water or more depending on the desired consistency. (Keep in mind this is meant to be a thicker sauce)
60g (4 tbsp.) lemon juice, cider or lime juice
A thumb of ginger
A thumb of turmeric
15g (1 tbsp.) tamari or soy sauce
7g (1 tsp.) garlic
4g (½ tsp.) salt

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the texture is smooth.
