Le Grand Grilled Cheese with Asparagus

1. Lightly grill the asparagus until it is tender. Slice vertically and then cut slices in half.
2. Butter slices of bread on both sides. Spread with Le Grand cheese.
3. Add caramelized onions, sliced avocado, sliced tomato and grilled asparagus then add second slice of bread on top. Cut the sandwiches diagonally.
4. Heat a skillet at low heat and add a hint of Le Grand butter.
5. Grill the sandwiches until they have turned golden brown. Serve!
