Combat Ready Salad

Ingredients

4 cups spinach minced
1 cup radicchio, minced
1 cup dandelion, minced (optional)
1 cup zucchini, grated
2 avocados, cubed
1 cup fermented vegetables (optional see our Youtube channel: Eat & Heal)
3 Tbsp minced olives of your choice
3 green onions, minced
1 teaspoon of dulse in flakes

½ a white onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
The juice of one large lemon
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Toss everything for a lot longer than you would for a salad with oil because you have to break the avocado a bit to create the creamy vinaigrette feel.
